BAG POLICY

To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the venue, the Amarillo Civic Center Complex has implemented a bag policy limiting the size and type allowed into the venue. 

The Amarillo Civic Center Complex has a clear bag and small clutch policy in place for the majority of events including all events ticketed through panhandletickets.com, which include all Wranglers Hockey, West Texas Warbirds Football, and Bombers Soccer games and ticketed events at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts, such as the Amarillo Symphony, Lone Star Ballet, and the Amarillo Opera.

Approved Bags Include

• Clear bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6"
• Wallet-sized clutch purses (with or without strap) no larger than 5.5" x 8.5"
• One-gallon Ziploc style bag
• Exceptions can be made for medically necessary items. Please contact Event Services at 806-654-1719 with any questions or concerns. 

Prohibited Items Include

• Backpacks
• Briefcases
• Coolers
• Drawstring bags
• Purses larger than 5.5" x 8.5"
• Oversized tote and mesh bags
